Fact Lot

When a ZIP gets a fact page

Fact Lot opens a ZIP page when at least one published record states that ZIP. The page stays noindex, follow, and out of the sitemaps, until five stated facts are published for it. If that count later falls below five, the page stays up, returns to noindex, follow, and leaves the sitemap.

A stated fact is a rent, an area, a use or a lease structure the source actually gave. Address alone is not enough for the index gate. That count is not the median's n.

The median on that page, if any, still needs five converted rents inside the plausibility band. Crossing the index gate does not by itself publish a median.
