What NNN means in a listing
NNN means triple net. The asking rent named in the listing is base rent only. The tenant also pays a share of real estate taxes, insurance and common-area maintenance. Those charges are usually quoted separately.
Fact Lot keeps a lease structure, such as NNN, full service, modified gross or gross, only when the source stated one. It does not infer a structure from the rent. The published JSON carries the field, and it is null when the source did not state one. The building card does not print it.
Fact Lot does not publish a separate median for NNN rents. A market, use or ZIP median mixes the rent types in its sample. Fact Lot does not add taxes, insurance or maintenance onto the stated rent.
