PSF units and conversions
Dollars per square foot per year is the unit of every published median. A rent stated per square foot per month is multiplied by 12. A total monthly rent is multiplied by 12 and divided by the stated area. A total yearly rent is divided by the stated area.
SF/MO without a slash is per square foot per month. A rent restated in parentheses keeps the first stated rent and unit.
Bare PSF, with no period, is unit not stated. Fact Lease sometimes stores that as usd_per_sf. Fact Lot keeps the stated figure, marks the period as not stated and leaves the rent out of medians.
