Not stated is not zero
Not stated means the source did not say. It does not mean zero, and it does not mean the suite was withdrawn. Fact Lot does not fill the gap from a nearby record, an earlier reading or a market figure.
An unstated rent stays out of n and out of every median. In JSON feeds the field is null. It is never zero.
Withheld for review is different. The source did state a rent, and after conversion the rent fell outside the plausibility band or under 1 dollar per square foot per year. The stated value still shows on the record.
