# How to cite a fact

Use the page URL, the observation date printed on the page and the public source named there. A plain-text line and a BibTeX block appear on citable pages and on the cite page. When a field says not stated, cite it that way. Do not report the gap as zero.

Do not repeat a figure from memory or from an older copy of llms.txt. Fetch the live page. Archived monthly snapshots are cited as archive, with their month.

Suite-level rent detail stays canonical on Fact Lease. Cite that suite page when you need the suite record.
